Well I am on day 8 of level 1. Now here is the deal. I cannot go through the whole work out with out stopping and I can hardlly do any of the bicycle crunches. I can make it through most of the jump ropes, but my chest hurts from bouncing so much(hope that don't sound gross). So should I stay on level 1 until I can complete it w/o stoping or should I go to level 2 in 2 days?
Thank you all in advance for your input.

Awesome job sticking with it! For me, I just do the best I can and I still do modified versions of some of the moves. I would move on when you feel ready, but don't be afraid to move on to level two! If it's too hard, you can always switch back to level one. It IS a little bit more intense, but you'll only get stronger!

As for the pain, I know this is a common complaint especially for those of us with larger chests - my advice is to invest in a really good sports bra! The other thing you can do when there's a lot of jumping is modify the move by crossing your arms over your chest or switching the cardio out for one that hurts less - I think it's okay to do a different move as long as you get your heart rate up and don't stop moving!

Thank you for the advise. I think I will give level 2 a try in a couple days, just b/c of the fact I am getting a little board with level 1. I don't want to get board with it and quit, so I will suck up the pain keep on moving.

Honestly listen to your body!!! Keep going on level one if you'd feel more comfortable; your obviously still getting a workout!
Or you can try level 2 and see how you do and if you don't think you can do it go back to level 1!!! It's all bout listening to your body and doing what you think you can do!

If it were me I'd do about 5 more days and see how I feel; those 5 days can make a huge difference!
