Hello,
I don't know if I ever threw myself out there for introduction on this page, but I have been eating more calories for a while and enjoying it much more than netting 1200! Also, today is workout #2 in stage 1 of the NROLFW.
Please feel free to add me, I'm always looking for more people who I can support and will support me in return and who also understand what program I am working off of.
I ordered body fat calipers finally also because the Military Body Fat Calc and the Covert Bailey body fat calc gave me unreasonable numbers for my body fat percentage (no way they were accurate, told me 22%-24%) so I am looking forward to getting those out to track with while I do the NROLFW program!
