Plan your whole day's meals the night before. A lot of the times I have found myself snacking are because I don't have something made in front of me so I go for what is easiest. For me that has always been a bag of chips. I would go for a bag of Funyuns or hot Cheetos at any time of the day. Yes even breakfast! Well now that I have every meal and snack already packaged and ready to go there is not thinking required when I am hungry or I hit a meal time. Yes it is a pain the butt and it takes time out of your evening but it is well worth it! I have also found if I decide the day before what I am going to eat and then input that information into the MFP app I am more likely to stick with it! Plus if I ever forget what I was supposed to eat I can always refer to the app! Have a great day everyone!
