So I Decided to Increase my Net Calories

Because I was netting 800-900 -- I ate 1200 & exercised 300-400 on daily.
Although I was feeling fine in the past month, I want to net at least 1200, possibly 1350. I would technically be eating back my exercise calories, but I want to take that chance over this last month until New Year's Eve.
Any thoughts or hints? How many net calories do you eat? Wish me luck, & good luck with your NYE goal!

Hey I just saw this post, I decided to do the same. I can't function on the 1200 calories, but the whole EM2WL worries me so I went with a nice medium. I found my BMR to be around 1650, and my fitbit says around 1550 calories for a 1.5lb a week loss so I went with my fitbits suggestion. So far it seems to be working unlike 1200 calories which I couldn't stay anywhere close to under.0

my net calories should be 1350 as well, I find this easy to stick to when I'm not exercising but when I am I feel I can't put that much food in my system and I end up with a net of approximately 850 kcals. I'm definitely trying my best to eat more, but I can't eat much dairy, high protein foods or eggs (my doctor's advice, because of my cholesterol). So I'm thinking on eating more low GI carbs.
If I have trouble with a 1350 net (it's a low net I guess?) I can't imagine how hard it will be to eat maintenance! I guess I'll have to exercise less too.
I'm on your same boat!
Best of luck!0
