Hi all- have any of you read this book? The body ecology diet by Donna Gates and Linda Schatz? Basically about clean eating and healing the body through food....I just started reading and so far its interesting.....for those of you who have read it- what did you think and would you recomend it to a friend??

    I haven't read it, but have heard of it through a friend of mine. I'm definitely going to check it out though! I'll be interested to see if anyone in here has read it, and if so, what they have to say about it :)
