Todays efforts 29/11

What have we done thus far? This morning I have completed 30 minutes hill walking on the treadmill and 30 weight circuit - Feeling Great! Ive managed to get to the gym four times this week, and its only the fourth day!!! Yay for me! On the downside Im going away to the beach with friends tonight till Sunday, and theres ALWAYS temptation and wine and and and.......

So my wee goal for myself is to stay true to myself, and try as best as I can to follow my chosen food plan, walk every day and drink loads of water! Usually when this kind of weekend hits me I end up bringing home a couple of kilos, so time will tell on Tuesday WI.

    I managed to get some cardio in today. Im doing this in conjunction with 30DS

    I did my 2nd day of the C25K program and did 30 sit-ups.

    I've posted more consistently, I've gone to the gym more, and I have actually lost 6 lbs total for the month of Nov. I know my tickler doesn't say that (yet) but it will. I am going to repeat Nov's sucess for Dec and make it through the holidays in a postive way.
