I managed to remain steady I didn't lose but I also didn't gain. I'm very happy with that considering my limited exercise:sad: and all the parties:drinker: . I'm going to get back on track for the last week of this challenge:wink: :bigsmile:
This week I want ya'll to focus on positive thinking. For every negative thought, immediately after I want you to change it into a positive. You will be amazed how much attitude can affect your weight loss journey. Stay positive and breathe deep. Patience must be practiced.

35 planks (5 per day) 70 calf raises (10 per day 140 minutes of cardio!!! (20 minutes per day) And go!!!!!!!

11/27 146.16pds (66.3kgs) 4/12 145.28 (65.9kgs) Not bad considering a BIG weekend away. Will do better this week. Managed to complete 1 hour of exercise every day so a good start for me!!
Walk/ Run 3 miles this week and drink 80 ounces of water per day! And go!!!!
