    I'm doing good....just wish I were doing better. I need to cut back on the food. I'm working out I'm just not eating properly.

    I <3 this group for keeping me motivated! Especially with the challenge this week, I've started to drink a lot more water :) I've also amped up my exercise regine.

    Our group has dwindled down. We started wtih 75 posts on 11/27 and only 14 this week. Keep it up guys. We are almost there.

    Slow steps in the right directions. The holidays is definitely proving harder than I thought. Too much unintentional snacking while cooking. Gotta stop it!!!
