70 calf raises (10 per day
140 minutes of cardio!!! (20 minutes per day)

And go!!!!!!!

  • Woooohooo! I almost have the cardio done, just 40 more mins to go and that will done on Thursday! Off to do my 5 planks and 10 calf raises, for the day! Thanks for the challenge!!!

    I would say a three second pause or as long as you can hold it in the correct form :)

    cardio done no problem

    calf raises done no problem

    planks OMG PROBLEM:sad:

    I gave them my best try but wow am I out of shape!! I'm going to keep trying until I can do them but it won't happen before the end of this week. Still, I love the challenge so I thank you for giving it.:flowerforyou: :happy:

    If you are having trouble doing planks, you can always pivot yourself on your knees instead of your feet. Makes it a lot easier. Kind of like how doing pushups on the knees is a lot easier than doing pushups pivoting on the toes.
