You will be amazed how much attitude can affect your weight loss journey. Stay positive and breathe deep. Patience must be practiced.

    trying for the positive thinking but we're in the middle of our first big snow storm and I'm about to suit up and walk to work. think I'll have to load my mp3 player with Christmas music and just go for it it's only a mile how bad can it be.:laugh: :ohwell: :bigsmile:
