Tomorrow is my final lifting day of ChaLean Extreme, then another cardio and it's time to measure! I'm going to incorporate some of my other workouts and the ChaLean lifting over the next several months. But I miss my kettlebell workouts so their coming out the first week.
Anyone finish round 1? Did you take a break at all?
I was thinking of taking a few days off, but I know I won't be able to do a full week. I won't be able to stand it, gotta have my workouts, they give me so much energy all day and I feel so fantastic!

I am in the lean for life phase, meaning I am now to the point that I am alternating the workouts. I definitely have seen changes, especially in my arms.

I finished about 6 weeks ago and went straight into a CLX/TF hybrid. Love it! Congrats on finishing up!

I think I'm gonna have ChaLean Extreme withdrawls once it's over.

Me too!!! I'll keep using her burn, push, and lean lifting circuits but I'm going to do some of my other DVDs too.

I finished a couple of weeks ago and haven't gotten back into lifting yet. It's been beautiful weather here in Florida so I've been walking in the mornings and then stepping or walking in the evenings. I am trying to figure out how to incorporate lifting though into my weekly routine w/o giving up what i'm currently doing, esp w/ the good weather....

Those who have done lean for life, what do you think of it?

    Great job and Congrats!

I finished a few weeks ago. I was encouraged to take a week off of ChaLean, so I did, and tested out a week of Insanity instead (no weights at all). Then I did a week of Insanity w/a Lean for Life weight schedule (so 3 chalean workouts). Then Thanksgiving week was a little off....just did what I could w/out weights because I was out of town.

After testing out a few different things, I just decided to do a Hybrid of CLX with Insanity, and I'm starting over w/Burn this week (as opposed to doing Lean for LIfe). After doing Burn 2 yesterday I realized what a good thing that is--because my arms are aching. Going back to burn after a few months, there's quite a bit of catching up to do!

Just love this program--I think this, along with mixing up the cardio is going to be my "maintenance" weight program....love it.

I should be finished the week before Christmas, so might just take a few days off, and then start P90X:grumble: :noway: It might kill me, but if it doesn't, it will definitely make me stronger! I got if for free from a friend who bought it, did one workout and put it away.....
