hello again everyone!
I am insulin resistant and are under low carb per doctors orders. I have a sweet tooth, so when I found Quest bars, I thought I hit gold! They are yummy! But I googled and found some forums that people say they spike their insulin levels. Does anybody have any info on this that they have discovered? Thanks!

Try Atkins. Hubby is insulin dependant type 2. Doctor and diabetic counselor both said Atkins products were fine for him, low carb and high fiber. (the chocolate chip cookie dough is the best IMO)0

I personally don't eat either. The one quest bar I tried was gross. I'd rather make my own treats I've found.
Quest bars contain stevia, sucralose, and or erythritol. Most people don't have issues with those.
Atkins bars contain an array of sugar alcohols. At least 5 bars contain maltitol. I'd avoid those ones.. Your body may process those as carbs anyhow, or you may have explosive bum. Neither is really worth it to me0
