Crockpot Tortilla Soup

Crockpot Tortilla Soup
Serves 8
1 lb cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
1 carton (32 oz) Progresso chicken broth
chopped fresh cilantro
4 corn tortillas, cut into strips
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cilantro and tortillas in crockpot.
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Stir in cilantro and cook on high for 15 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with tortilla strips.
Garnish with Fat Free Sour Cream and reduced fat mexican cheese, if desired (calorie count not included).
