My goal was to lose 10 pounds: Week One -4.4, Week Two +1.5 = Net -2.9 pounds! I am still on pace to meet my mini-goal!0

I lost most of what I put on during Thanksgiving. So happy about that!0 -
The day after Thanksgiving I weighed 150 which was my lowest weight in a long time. I still weighed
exactly the same this morning. I have stuck to a diet of 1200 to 1400 calories with two hour
workouts including weights, spinning, yoga and cardio. I am 63 years old so the weight comes off
very slow. I have lost about 5 pounds a month since I started in August. My goal is to get to 145
by January 1st.0 -

I actually gained 3 lbs over night and lost two of those, so since my weigh in last week i put on a lb. Frustrating. Several ppl pointed out that my sodium was to high (I wasnt really paying attention to that). This week i pledge to lose two pounds and to keep my sodium intake down and to continue working out 5-6 days a week.0

I am just pickin up this challenge about half way in. I will set my goal at 10 pounds by new years. I need to get off my recently added on weight since I stopped counting the last two weeks. It was silly of me to think I could continue to lose weight without the assistance of Fitnesspal... now I need this challenge to bring me back.

Yay lost 1.6 since last week. Feels great even though I am still up 1.4. Hopeing to knock that out next week.
My original goal was 245, but I see this is going to be very unrealistic. So If I am 255 or lighter by new years I will be fine with it, however I would love to be 249. I have 11lb to lose to make that happen. Does somebody know a genie?? JK. I know if ,y attitude is in the right place I can lose it or get really close.

Ok... so when I started this my last weigh was at my checkup several weeks before I started this app or group. It was my 8 week check up from giving birth. that was the weight I input when I started this site. I weighed myself last week after joining this group. so I really am just a newbie here and will start at my most recent weight
SW: 197.6 lbs
1W: joined mid week didnt count it.
2W: 195
Tho I have lost rather rapidly since giving birth mostly all from nursing tho. before I gave birth I was 260lbs. when I left the hospital after giving birth I was 210lbs I was still 210 weeks later at my check up. since giving birth in September I have lost 65 lbs. never been more stunned or excited. Thanks all for the support and Great job to everyone on their journey!!!!0 -

From Tuesday up until yesterday I was at 62.4, but my scale decided today (official weigh-in day!) was the best time to play tricks on me and decided to get stuck at 62.6...oh well....
I guess it's all due to PMS, and that would be bad news because that means I have to reschedule my appointment with my OB/Gyn ¬¬_
I guess that as always, I will see no results until 3 days after my next period is gone (and I never know exactly when it is going to start or end, grrr)
At least I am 200 grams lighter than I was last Monday XD it's getting harder and harder!
Congrats to all those who are losing weight! and all of my encouragement to all of those who are a bit stuck or are even seeing that the scale is going up. You can do this!

AMEN! For brevity I didn't report that last Tuesday-Friday I was actually 125 (I only report Monday weigh in weight to try to keep me on track over the weekend). I ran 10 miles Saturday training for a marathon, stayed on the same meal plan and went up two pounds on Monday. Can NOT tell you how frustrating that is! I only hope it's "temporary" weight and not "real". I know that sounds strange, but everyone on here should understand the difference!0 -

I was travelling most of this past week so I couldn't go to the gym and made a few bad choices but I maintained by current weight. This week is a new week so I need to log some kind of exercise each day.
Anyways, My current stats are:
Starting weight: 142 lbs
