    Make it through 30ds w/o skipping a day, to be under 200 by Jan 1st.

    I have 4 I think.

    1-complete 30DS (just did day 13).
    2-tie my low weight for the year (10 lbs to go)
    3-run a mile in 10 min or less
    4-complete my first 5k in 30 min or less (Dec 15th!)

    Two of these are more or less givens--I WILL do #1 and #4. I'm working hard towards 2 and 3.

    I want to get down to a size 18 by Christmas and be able to workout to level 3.
