Is NET screwing me up?

Just curious. I've noticed a stall/gain now that I've added foods that are low NET carb. Should this make a difference? I've been having some sugar free chocolates here and there, and Joseph's pita bread. I log the net carbs not the carbs in general. Can this make a difference? Thanks!

  • For me I am very sugar sensitive (including sugar alcohols and sugar substitutes - found in many sugar-free and diet/light items) and dairy sensitive (can handle some goats milk and fermented items like yogurt and kefier). On my last stall I pulled those things out and within a week things started moving again.

I stall eating any with sugar alcohols (sugar free things) so I would definitely ditch those first and see what happens

I will try that! Thank you! I was going a little heavy on the sugar free chocolates I think. So tasty! I think I'm dairy sensitive to. When I nixed all dairy it made a big difference. The only dairy I have now though is a little cottage cheese and some creamer in my coffee.
