Clean eater, I think

Hi all. I'm new to the group. I started loosing weight in January of this year by going high protein and as close to no carb as possible (not even good carbs). In September, I started doing the South Beach plan but noticed I was still gaining if I ate any processed carbs (bread of any kind, etc.) so I stopped eating them. I came across the idea of "clean eating" and the more I read the more it seemed like I was eating clean. Was hoping someone could look and see if I am indeed a clean eater...

I eat tons of fresh fruits and veggies, meat is all from a local butcher except for canned tuna (love the stuff), for my dairy, I make my own almond milk but I use cheese and butter when I need it. For cheese I use fresh made mozarella or other tasty stuff, never that plastic sliced crap.

Any ideas if I am eating clean and any input on how to eat cleaner?

Definitely Clean!!! :) Anything that comes from the earth, anything that you can grow yourself is clean. The things that we would have to eat without grocery stores. Great Job.
