So I used the KETO Calculator on /r/keto, but it only came out with the percentages and stuff for protein, carbs and fats. I'm not sure how to fill out the rest of the slots (vitamins, saturated fats, fitness/exercise goals)...

I dunno, I only pay attention to the 65/30/5% and maybe Fiber. I never filled out the rest.0 -
Step 8 on the keto calculator should tell you the exact percentages and grams to use for fat/protein/carbs.0
