logging exersize for JMBR?

Hi! I'm new here guys. I've done JMBR before and made it to phase 2 before I decided to give running a shot and loved it. That's all I wanted to do after that. Now that it's cold Iwant to give it another shot and get serious about it. But how are you guys logging it into My fitness pal. I wish it was an actual catagory on here. I did my Biggest Loser DVD the other day and logged it as Aerobics for 30 minutes but I don't now if that's accurate. I would really appreciate some input! and how are you guys doing?? Dropping pounds and picking up muscle?

    I've always just called it "circuit training, general". I don't worry too much though because I don't eat back the calories.
