Let's get right to it. This week's challenge is to Kick It Up! Add 30 minutes of exercise to your weekly routine. Doesn't matter how you do it, but add 30 minutes this week!

    Does it count if you just put on sweatpants and a sports bra and think about working out for 30 minutes? Just kidding...seriously need to find some motivation to work out. I have been doing my little office work out, which is surprisingly effective, but need to do more at home.
