Lean 3 - It hurts everytime!

In Lean 3, you do a dead lift with an upward press. It hurts my left shoulder every time. Am I doing it wrong or is there just something wacky about my shoulder?

    Maybe use a little bit lighter weight for that? Although if it's only your left shoulder, it might be a little wonky and need checking out by a doctor.....

    Agree ^^^ you may have strained it a little or something. My right arm/shoulder can handle more weight than my left.

    I'm right-handed so my right can usually handle more than my left. But I got whiplash many years ago so my right shoulder is weak and can be a problem point. Does your left shoulder have a past injury? I suggest lightening up and if that doesn't help, it would probably be wise to see a doctor.
