Yep, I log every single day. For 30DS, I log cardio under 20 minutes of "Circuit Training". I created my own strength training entry to keep track of that. You might be able to find it if you search under "30 Day Shred Level 1" and "30 Day Shred Level 2" (I'm not to Level 3 yet, but will add it when I get there.)0

I do it under calisthenics (sp?) for 20 min.0

I. Created my own exercise. It allows me to enter more accurate calories burned.0

I log it here at MFP, under their tab. I inputted the Shred on there, and just tick the box every night when I finish doing it.0
