Does anyone here have a problem where you slip on your floor during some of the exercises?I find when I do the one video, that I move around on my floor until I find a spot where I'm less likely to slip. I mainly have the problem with in and out ab progressions and moving push ups (or things like that).

  • I have a rug on my tile floor that I use for my exercise for that very reason. Yes, I slip too. The rug helps. Less friction, I guess.

I work on the the carpet and I wear my cross trainers so I don't have that problem of slipping. Try shoes with a nice grip.

I wear my running shoes when I do it. It's almost like my shoes have "polished" the floor. Sections of it, at least lol ! I'm trying to do some of it on my exercise mat now. I was a bit worried about damaging it, but I was told that that is what it's for lol! That we can buy new one. I'll have to see how it goes ;)
