    The reason I was feeling so ugh yesterday is because my body was prepping for the 101 degree temp I had last night. I had the chills the whole day, I was wearing 2 layers from top to bottom, our heater was set at 72 and I was still cold. My fever did break over night and had to go back to parental duties today with parent/teacher conferences bright and early this morning.

    I won't be pressing play on 55EZ today. I can just tell my bod needs a break. I'm still waiting on my brain to agree.
