ALMOST halfway through the CHALLENGE!!!!

After this week.... we'll be halfway through the challenge!!! Wow!!

So are you guys updating your boards still, cooking any of the dinners, getting your workouts in? It's a lot of work but you-all are going to LOVE your progress by week 8.

    I need to measure! I have been at a stand still in weight loss, still going to the gym 5 days a week..... Cardio and weights all 5 days..... Been eating good! I'm still in it for the long haul!! only 72 lbs to go!

    That's awesome, Maryl!!!!!!! Just remember that muscle is less dense that fat .... so when you are losing those inches, it's just as good as the scale moving because due to the density of muscle, muscle takes of less space than fat. 5 pounds of muscle weighs just the same as 5 pounds pounds of fat.... but 5 pounds of muscle is WAY leaner and looks WAY better :happy: !!!!!

    So definitely take your measurements, Challengers!!!!
