Thought we could share some of our non-scale victories.

One recent one for me is that I went to the movies with my daughter. The theater we went to, the arms didn't move in the seats. I was worried that I wouldn't fit, but I did. And even had some extra room. :)

    Great NSV, RLDeShazo!

    Recent NSVs for me:

In May of this year, I couldn't fit anything in Lane Bryant. Now I wear a 24 in pants, 18/20 in tops, and 42DD in bras. Yay, I can shop at the mall now!

I can fasten my seatbelt without a problem.

I can make it through 2 hours of Zumba class without stopping.

My plantar fascitis and heel spurs have gone away.

I only needed one plane seat on my last trip.

For me my biggest NSV wasn't smaller clothes or being able to workout. I know it sounds crazy but my greatest NSV was being able to TIE MY OWN SHOES. I couldn't do it before because I was so big. It was so embarrassing to have my kids or hubby have to help me. Only one of my close friends knew I couldn't because we went on a weekend getaway and I had to have her help me.

I bet that was a great feeling. We take so many things for granted.

Congrats to everyone those are all so cool and inspiring

I had one today at the pool I picked this pool last year because it had stairs for people who can't do the ladder well today I finished out in the deep end and I could pull myself up and out the regular ladder- I was so surprised.
