Dry since Oct 13th! But I am rounder as I consume Egg Nog or Holiday cookies... AA Meetings always have a lot of cookies and cakes around and now I see why - Sugar is substituted for Alcohol as the drug of choice.

Got on the scale and gained back 10 pounds. Less sugar and more exercise.

    THank s for the post. I read some of yours and you are hilareous. Humor is our best weapon, so I think I might see if I can find ways to laugh at sugar and take away it's power over me; like defusing a Boggert in the Potter books.

    Cram those cookies into the mouths of all the skinny parishioners.....
