Finally got the go from Dr to continue running today. Did week 6 day 2 felt like I never missed a beat .
So now we wait and see how sore I am tomorrow lol
Was worried about how my lungs would do, would thecough come back, would I be able to finish the run.
Felt good and felt stronger than what I was two weeks ago maybe the rest did me some good.
