DONE C25K!

Just finished up my last run of the program. Can't believe I finally did it. I had a couple repeat weeks, some bad days, but mostly good. I tracked everything I did and am really proud of myself for accomplishing this goal. I have my first "official" 5K this Saturday and have my goal all set.

I'm a pretty healthy person, and at a very healthy weight and could not run more than a minute straight. I pushed through it, even got some people to join the program with me! I'm no where near "fast" but I have a pretty good pace and I want to give myself a starting point. I plan to run a few more in 2013, but my ultimate goal is to start training for a 1/2 marathon for Nov.
