I'm new to the group

Hey Ladies, I'm new!

Well been doing MFP since May. Started at 19. Due to not being dedicated and having too many cheat weekends, gained 5 lbs. However, at the beginning of this year I weighed 225, i determined when I got below 200, I would not go into 2013 weighing more than 200 lbs. So my goal is to get back under 200 pounds before the end of this year.

    hey girl,

    We all have cheat days I dont care what anyone says sometimes it just happens weather its just cuz, sickness or just circumstances. I plan before I go to the grocery store each week what I will take for lunch each day and I pack my lunch the night before for lunch and two snacks and stay within my calorie budget. We also plan our menu out for dinners and do our grocery list.
