Calories Burned?

How many Calories do you usually burn..for those of you with a HRM.

    I just go by the calories that MFP says i burn when i log it as 20 min of circut training general for me i think its like 246 or something close to that.

    I wasn't sure either and had to search other posts. I just went with circuit training general 15min and low impact aerobic 5 min.

    I timed this out, with my HRM-BTW, I'm 5'2' and weigh around 159, my burn is about 250 and the time is 27 minutes with warm up and cool down, I stretch a little longer so I can walk the the rest of the day and put in for a 30 minute Circuit under cardio.

    I use "calisthenics" because it reminds me of PE in the old days, lol. That is basically what all these exercises are - classic calisthenics combined for max results. The calorie calculation is almost exactly the same as "circuit training."

    I have decided to add about 5 min of gentle stretching before I run the program, but I don't add that to the calorie count.
