I started using the plain Mediclear today and am starting to think that maybe it will work better than the chocolate for me.
FBS was high as usual this am, but throughout the day, sugars were 83, 104, 101. Decreased insulin also. ORRRRRR, is it week 2 changes ?? HUM, let's see what tomorrow brings!
