A new study finds that having a regular home yoga practice is a better predictor of health —and of a healthful lifestyle—than how many classes you might attend at a studio or for how long you practice.

I was so excited to read this as a home practitioner!

    It also goes into why class attendance did not correlate to improved health, but basically boils down to:
    "Intense practitioners attended class at the same rate as less intense practitioners. This possibly explains why class frequency did not predict any aspects of health. "
