Agh!!! I want this so bad, but every time I plan on working out I always find an excuse:
- Other work/duties that need to get done
- Tired from working a long day
- Too hot outside
- Etc....
I know that this problem is a mind game. I have already lost 33lbs! I just need to get up and do it!!
Thanks for listening to my rant....

I think the majority of us have that problem. I have a 4 month old baby and I work graveyards 11pm to 730am. When I get home baby is wide awake and wants to stay up all day. When he is sleep I have to clean take care of the dog and pack babies bag for that following night of day care at uncles. Im so tired its crazy. I have a very laid back job so I just started wearing my workout clothes to work and working out the first hour in the office doing insanity or going across the parking lot to the gym for an hour (I work on a military installation). Id rather be in my office sleep like my other two co-workers lol but I know that I want this badly so I promise myself one hour of workout at a minimum.
You dont have to start big you just have to start. Like you said youve already lost weight so you know you can do it!! Chin up its so worth it!0 -
Rant Away, here is some motivation that has helped me. Do a five day challenge and do 30 minutes, or whatever time you can commit. Also I've heard do ten minutes of exercise, if your endorphins are still not up to par then just quit. Chances are you'll keep going.0

I am so busy at work right now, starting to feel the pressure and super tired.... but I am making a commitment to get my *kitten* some excercise tonight, I have not done any in 2 days and this is a 10 pound challenge. Gotta get on it!0

Wow! You're back to work and working out?! You are impressive. I don't know if you guys have maternity leave or how long it is... Up here we have a year paid... Not anything substantial, but it's a nice bonus.0 -
I totally understand, I work full time and have a 1 year old that keeps me running after her, I can get lazy sometimes too:blushing:0
