Knees.......

Does anyone have or has had trouble with their knees after a while? I noticed that the day before yesterday as I was walking up the stairs to do the 30DS, my knees buckled a bit. when I went into plank jumping, I had to modify the move because my knees were not up to it. I have never had issues with my knees. For those that have had this peoblem in the past with the workout, is this just temporary and eventually goes away with continuous progression throughout the days or are my knees just needing a break with the jumping?

Hey! I didn't have it with 30DS but I used to have when I danced, my problem was with my ITB and TFL (the muscle that runs over your knee and hip flexors - running from hip and on the side of your knee). Neither were strong enough. A lot of the moves Jillian does work your hip flexors and even ITB but you could do pre-warm-up-warm-up with some clam shells and squats to help increase strength.0
