I am a mother of two a 2 and a half year old and a 2 month old and am a stay at home mom i would really like to loose 80 pounds and get healthy for my children but being a stay at home mom my fiance isn't home very much he is a tow truck driver and find it hard to have the time to get any activity in we walk to park and do normal running around after my two year old but nothing extra i lost 30 pounds since my 2 month old was born but last two weeks i have not lost anything i dont know whether it is ok to lower my calories well i would love to have some ppl that can help keep me motivated to stay on track
