I just started the body rev after the 30 ds. I only did 1 of 2 weeks then went on to week 3. I wanted to know...do we have to take the sat/sun off? or can I continue with whatever workout comes next. That said i would be doing 2 weeks worth out workouts in about 8 days. I am doing weights in am and cardio a few hours later.

Proper rest days are essential for healing and recovery. REST! If you do the program as recommended you will only rest one day. You do 4 days of strength and 2 days of cardio per week.0

You should aim for one rest day, however, I'm not really one to talk because I try and do some other form of exercise either after her scheduled workouts or on my rest day. If it's too easy for you then you aren't lifting heavy enough.0
