What's on the meal agenda for the day?

Breakfast: Shakeology

Snack: 1 C. Cottage Cheese

Lunch: Turkey Meat Pie

Snack: Coconut Protein Bar that I made last night

Dinner: Haven't decided this or my last snack yet


What are you doing today for your workout?

I am doing Turbo Fire right after lunch and would like to throw in some Brazil Butt Lift as well. :)

    Woohoo! Got my tea on and now an inspirational video, I'm on a roll! I choose to succeed :)

    Today is an IF day for me and it's take out Thursday (I don't have cheat days, but I do have 1-2 meals a week I eat what I want that stays within calories.) Meatball marinara sandwich and salad with dressing on the side.

    Did a heavy lifting day yesterday for upper body, so doing lower body and boot camp for butt thighs and abs today.

    Those Coconut Protein Bars sounds good, recipe?
