Today is the day that I am starting to really embrace the EM2WL lifestyle.

I know that it won't happen all at once, and slowly I will be able to increase my cals to get to my TDEE -15% for fat loss. Which is right around the 2000 mark (on the Scooby calc TDEE was 2352 and with the lose fat 15% deficit it is 1999).

My eyes and brain get scared when they see the cals I'm logging get up over 1500....

I feel that I've made some pretty healthy choices for my first day - and my total cals are around the 1650 mark as of right now. I know I have some tweaking to do in terms of my choices, so, any input would be really appreciated. My diary is open.

    Congratulations on beginning this journey! You'll get over the "scary" numbers quickly when you start to notice feeling better since you're nourishing your body properly. Be proud that you love yourself enough to do this.
