Foam rollers

Girls, I have a question. How many of you use foam rollers for sore muscles? I have some very sore hamstrings and glutes and am looking at getting one. Also, does it help reduce DOMS and inflammation?

    I use a foam roller after every weight-training work-out.

    I also have a foam roller at home, but have not managed to squeeze in "home time" to get my rolling done.

    I do my rolling at the gym, and, for me, my IT band is VERY sore if I do NOT roll.
