Yeeeeee-HAAAAWWWWW!!!!!!!! Making progress!!!!! AND I ran a half marathon on Saturday and set a new PR, 8 years after I set my old one! I ran a 2:06, a 9:40/mile average. That is great for me! So happy!0 -

Yay finally I am lower than my starting weight on here. 3 weeks till new years I can not believe it! If I can just lose 7 lb I will be down to 250 even, o what a dream that would be... However very unrealistic indeed. To hit my 50lb goal I only need to lose 2.8 more. I think I can do that......
Slowly losing the weight is better than not losing it at all.

I ate pretty well and worked out 6/7 days so I am a little disappointed I did not lose anything. Maybe gaining some muscle? This week has also been very stressful with the semester winding down, so I am sure that is not helping. Going to try to cut some starchy carbs this week and try not to stress out over final to help kick my weight loss up a bit...bye bye pasta0 -

I weighed 151 when I started. Was down to 150 on they day after Thanksgiving. Finally I am
down to 149 this morning. My goal is 145 by New Years Eve.
I have followed the diet, tracked my foods regularly and exercized everyday, usually doing
two hour workouts including weights, circuit training, yoga and spinning classes and other

I started at 13 pounds lost, and my goal was to lose 5 more by New Years. I've exceeded that while on vacation during Thanksgiving and a wedding celebration without access to a scale most of the time. I'm very consistent with recording my food and it is working for me. For me the whole issue has revolved around portion control.0
