I didn't make it to the gym last night. It was SOOO cold (-10 F) when I got home, I just put on my smartwool socks and base layer and huddled with my cat, husband and electric throw and watch an awsome TV show on PBS! Tonight..gonna run! I did get in 40 minutes of walking at lunch though!0

Nothing to add today. Very low on energy due to donating blood yesterday. Will get a good swim in tomorrow and I promised by dog a trip to the beach on the weekend!0
