Hi everyone! :flowerforyou:

I have been lurking here for the last few days, and now I'm deciding to jump on in. I'm very active and looking to improve my body comp, and really working to get over that mental hump of eating more on a consistent basis. Gradually working my way up to the cals that NROLW wants me to be at -2400 on workout days. Learning to be patient, trust the process and treat my body well.
