Three weeks ago I hit a plateau. I kept my diet by the book , but sill , no results.

Three weeks ago , I bought "Krisda" - premium stevia extract . I was in heaven as this helped me with my sugar cravings.....Well , helped me because 75% of it is SUGAR. Under different names , is true , but sugar .: Erythritol , Inulin and Maltodexrin are derivates of sugar ( sugar alchool , sugar fiber , and an E957 or something like this. One table spoon has 45 calories .

Lesson learned here . Didn't cross my mind that a label could be so misleading . The name of the company producing this is Group Krisda - Stevia of Canada INC. They even suggest on the pachage to use Krisda instead of sugar.
Well , 1 kg sugar 3 $ , 200 gr Krisda - 10$ .
Such a scam.........
I will be back on the attack phase on Monday

thanks for sharing! I did not realise this. I use a max of 1 or 2 packets of stevia/truvia. I am sure I am consuming more in the protein powder that is sweetened with Stevia. I am going to be more mindfull of the use next time. Cheers!
