I got this from my weightloss support group and it is good.
4 cups fresh baby spinach
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 serving of fresh or frozen fruit
1/2 cup yogurt or tofu
Blend real well and enjoy. I had a subsituted the frozen banana for 1/2 cup frozen cherries and a navel orange this morning and it was awesome
