    Sunday - 34 km walk (took me 8 hours!!!!) - cramps thanks to aunt flo!! Overall exhaustion as I was on business trips till 4 hours before the race. Feeling much better today.
    Monday - my well deserved rest day

    Seriously I never knew walking would had been that hard!!!
    Monday - hell rest day
    Tuesday - 5k walk
    Wednesday - rest
    Thursday - 1k

    Bregald!!!!!! Missed you a million!

    Wednesday - 1.5 mile walk to the bar. (No, that doesn't actually burn enough to cancel a pint!! But better than nuthin')
    Thursday - 3 mile run.

    Tue: 5.39mi Stationary Cycling + 3.25mi Run (plus 100 squats throughout the day)
    Wed: only got squats done, 100
    Thu: 1.44mi Gym Elliptical + 2.79mi run (100 squats)
    Fri: Rest Day
    Sat: ___ Candy Cane 10K

    6.04mi ~ Run/Walk/Crawl
    2.79mi ~ Elliptical
    5.39mi ~ Cycling
    14.22mi ~ Total Miles

    Caused blisters which I had to cover with band aid for my 12k run today aka Sunday. :bigsmile:

    That is all I got in this week. Was supposed to do 10 miles on Saturday, but life got in the way. May get it in today - if so, I will have a very high mileage week next week!
