What is your favorite and least favorite part of Burn Intervals?

Well....I kind of prefer the Turbo Jam workouts better than the Chalene Extreme cardio workouts.
So the like: I like that Burn Intervals is a straightforward exercise you do and then move on to the next one. I can do jumping jacks, or I could always modify them and do them non impact. I can do that for a minute or two and move on never to see it again.
On the other hand, I do like the combos in Jam and Fire workouts. Even if I am not getting them right and I change the routine a little, it is just a little more FUN than jumping jacks, or burpees, or bicep curls or whatever.0 -
I like the speed skate and I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate the burpees.0

Not a fan of the burpees or the 'jump shots'....can't remember if that's in Burn it Off or Burn Intervals. They're okay at first and then it's like OMG can I finish 20 only to have to change legs!0

hate the burpees too! I like the stepping over the band one, that is fun. I usually do Turbo Fire instead though.0

I hate more than I like, ha ha. I hate burpees with quite an intensity, and I hate the jump shots too.
I like that the workout moves quickly and doesn't give me a chance to get bored.0 -
