Other exercises I should do?

I really want to lose weight. I started the Shred two days ago, but I already do yoga and kickboxing. Lost already 4 pounds. yay :)what other exercises should I do?

You could check out Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30... I'm starting that with the 30 Day Shred now. I just finished the Brazil Butt Lift. Had great results!0

I did couch to 5k last year and it was great! I didn't do any strength training with it though and wish I had, because I think if I had, I would have been able to run faster. I say go for it! **BTW - I ran a half marathon this past October.....YOU CAN DO IT!!0
