insanity before and after results for women

Hi Ya'll
I am due to start Insanity in the New Year and wanted to get an idea of how my results would play out (obviously different as everyone is different).
If you dont mind, whoever has taken part in Insanity and managed to completed the monster program, would you reply to this thread with before and after pictures/measurements/weight :-)
Also could you let me know your diet plan whilst on the program?
