Week 11 ... Houston we have a problem!

Hi ladies!

Just wanted to let everyone know, that I fell in the snow on Thursday and twisted my knee. I went to the doctors on Friday and it is not broken, but until I get an MRI to verify the state of the ligaments, I am out of commission :(.

Thursday was my last BR workout (took Friday, Saturday and Sunday off). I went to the gym this morning to at least do some upper body work while seated as to not stress my super swollen knee that I still can't even bend.

I'm hoping that my injury is short lived. In the meantime, I will continue working out the best that I can without messing my knee up further. I hope to come back and finish BR when I am healed.

Stay encouraged and don't let a setback set you back!

    Well I am wishing you a speedy recovery, as I'm sure we all are. I love your dedication to keep doing your upper body strength training though. Get well soon chica!

    Thanks girls. Trying to stay positive even though I am really bummed out. I could see the finish line :(.
